PROFILE
Simran was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2020 and currently serves as a Principal Case Manager at Tembusu Law LLC. She supports a wide range of legal matters, with a primary focus on family and matrimonial disputes.
Prior to this, Simran practised as a lawyer for over four years at Karpal Singh & Company, Kuala Lumpur. During this time, she assisted senior partners in cases heard at all levels of the Malaysian Courts, spanning civil and criminal litigation. This included high-profile capital punishment cases involving murder and drug trafficking offences. These experiences provided Simran with extensive exposure to advocacy and trial preparation, particularly within high-pressure environments and matters of public interest.
In parallel, Simran has developed significant experience in family and matrimonial disputes. She is known for her empathetic yet practical approach, helping clients navigate emotionally difficult circumstances with clarity and assurance.
Demonstrating her capabilities, Simran has also independently led her own criminal and civil trials, reflecting her ability to manage cases with confidence and a strong command of courtroom advocacy.
